A guided sensual & intimate evening for all folks with a vulva.
An invitation to come home to your body – to soften, awaken, feel, and explore. In a judgment-free, loving, sisterly space.

What awaits you:
A journey into your sensuality, emotional release, and deep connection with your Yoni – using the Yoni Egg as our sacred companion.
We will move, breathe, sound and feel.
We will practice presence and pleasure – in all their flavors.

The evening includes:
A gentle welcoming & intention setting.
Movement & dance (clothed & optionally nude).
Overview over Taoism and introduction to Yoni Egg practices.
A sensual opening practice.
A guided Yoni Egg ritual with optional Self-Pleasure exploration.
Grounding meditation & sharing circle.

This is a space where nothing is expected and everything is welcome.
Nudity may be part of the space – it always depends on each person’s personal choice.
There will be a guided and a free (Self-)Pleasure segment.
We’ll explore what it means to listen to your body’s ‘yes’ – without pressure or performance.

This space is for women and folks with a Vulva who feel the call to explore their sensuality in a conscious and supported way.
This is an intimate circle that is tender and goes deep – it’s most aligned for those who have already touched the worlds of embodiment, energy work or conscious sensuality.
However, you don’t need to be experienced – but open to what may arise.

Please bring:
A Yoni Egg (bring your own or purchase one at the event).
A sarong, towel, or blanket to cover your mat.
A second sarong, kimono, or soft robe in which you feel sensual & comfortable.
Natural, skin-friendly oil or lube (e.g. coconut oil or organic water-based lubricant).
Some natural dental floss (without flavor or additives) for tying your Yoni Egg.
A journal or notebook (optional).

You do not need to insert your Yoni Egg before the workshop – we will do this together in a guided and supported way.
If your body already says yes and you arrive wearing it, that’s also totally welcome.
Just make sure not to insert it more than one hour before the ritual begins.

About the Yoni Egg:
You can bring your own untreated, drilled crystal egg (e.g. jade, obsidian, or rose quartz – medium size).
If you don’t have one yet, you can purchase one at the event (provided by Treat Your Soul).
Upon registration, you’ll receive a detailed Yoni Egg guide with everything you need to know about care, safety, and preparation (in german & english).

Contraindications & Safety:
The internal use of the Yoni Egg is not recommended if you are heavily menstruating, pregnant, experiencing a UTI, Herpes or vaginal infection, or wearing an IUD (depending on type).
You are still welcome to participate in the full workshop energetically and externally – without inserting the egg.
All practices can be modified, and your presence in the space is fully valued.

Language & Accessibility:
This workshop will be guided in English.
If all participants speak German, we may shift to German for comfort.
Translations and support are always available.

Final Note:
This is not a performance.
It is an invitation into intimacy, curiosity, and deep sister- and siblinghood.
You’re invited to come exactly as you are – and leave all pressure behind.
You don’t have to do anything.
You’re simply invited to feel.
