Migration is a profound process of detachment. It means facing the fear of staying, but also the fear of letting go. Working with side effects of Shook & Trauma while transitioning or rooting into the new host country. Integration and practice with Somatic Therapy & Family Constellations.

Many of our struggles in landing in the new country with grief, guilt, making- maintaining relationships, self-worth, abundance, sense of belonging, grounding or maintaining emotional wellbeing or health issues that are rooted in:

• Unresolved trauma stuck-freeze in the body
• Unconscious loyalties within the family system
• Not respecting family, inclusion, order or boundaries
• Not able to feel the body or listen to your heart
• Not listening to your self connection Not finding more authentic and open connection with others, Not creating new opportunities.

Looking at the migration process involves understanding not only the external changes, but also the deep internal effects a person experiences when transitioning to a new place in the world. From the perspectives of psychology, neuroscience, trauma, and the systemic approach, we will explore this process to understand how it impacts the body—and how it can be consciously integrated.

Making the decision to leave your country is never easy. Not all migrations begin with excitement; many start from fear, uncertainty, or necessity.
