Throughout my therapy, groups or events I offer, in this transformative life journey, step by step we witness the evolution of our love, recognising our personality or identity as largely guided by our defences or limitations that prevent us from giving or receiving love—the basic nourishment for life. One day, finally, we understand that we are all part of the same drama, and also of the same vital force and consciousness of universal Love that leads us toward a point of transformation and self-recognition, only if we dare to see ourselves beyond the illusion. This is an invitation to deepen and connect with our higher consciousness, the one that links us to the vastness of the Universe and Nature, allowing us to recognise ourselves beyond the body, thoughts, and emotions, and to dare to walk securely on this earth and rediscover ourselves anew.
