I invite you to meet and finding your Roots, a 5-day immersive residential retreat designed to guide you back to your inner foundation — to rediscover the roots that birth you in stability, strength, and wisdom that already lives within you and that we will honour in our ancestral linage within.
Together we will be embracing and rooting ourselves as the Autumn season invites and prepare us going inwards daring to see, feel and hear ourselves.
These dates align in right timing to celebrate Day of Dead, My Mexican tradition where we honour: life-dead-rebirth and renewal. we will meet in the perfect place to honouring and transforming this circle of life. We will supported by the Sun and guided by the Moon and we will transition in preparation for a new year rebirth 2027.
Everything is taken care of – all you have to do is show up. Saying YES to life !
Through guided embodied somatic practices, movement, somatic trauma therapy, family constellations, self-inquiry, sharing’s and shamanic rituals, we will explore three central pillars:
CENTERED
To be cantered is to return home to yourself. When you are centred, you experience well-being not as something external, but as an inner state of alignment that feels right, feels good and something you know feels safe.
GROUNDED
To be grounded is to feel safe and established in your body and in the present moment. Grounding allows you to stand firmly in who you are.
ROOTED
To be rooted is to belong. Rootedness connects you to the wisdom of where you come from — and strengthens where you are going.

I invite you into a profound process of self-discovery and transformation — a journey of reconnection to your origins, your history, and integrate the experiences that live rooted within your body. Together, we will:

Welcome to spend 5 days in the Hose of Inquiry, Mijas, Andalucía. The retreat begins on Wednesday 28 October afternoon with registration at 1 pm, lunch at 2.00 pm and ends on Sunday 1st November at 4 pm after lunch.
Limited group size max 25 people. The retreat will take place if there are at least 12 people registered by 1 September 2026.

The Process and diverse practices in this retreat are held in English. You can communicate with me in English or Spanish. All participants are part of the program so your presence in all activities is essential for the unity of the process to move forward.
