About the workshop

Your nervous system does not reset just because you scroll less, take a long weekend or tell yourself to calm down. Often, it needs to reset through the body.

This 90-minute workshop uses Conscious Connected Breathwork to support you in moving out of mental overdrive, decision fatigue and the low-level tension that quietly becomes background noise. It is for anyone who feels overstimulated, mentally busy, emotionally full or simply curious about using the breath as a practical tool for stress regulation.

You will be guided through a grounded arrival, clear safety guidance, a full breathwork journey lying down, and a short reflection and integration afterwards. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a circular breathing practice where the inhale and exhale flow without long pauses. This can help create more space in the body, soften tension and bring you back into contact with yourself.

No performance. No prior breathwork experience required. You do not need to “do it perfectly.” You only need comfortable clothing, a mat and 90 minutes carved out for your system to land.

The intention is that you leave feeling clearer, softer and more connected to yourself.

This session may be supportive if you: - feel mentally overloaded or emotionally tense - find it hard to switch off - want to reconnect with your body - are curious about breathwork but do not know where to start - want a grounded practice for stress regulation and inner space

About Samara

Samara is a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and the founder of Inner Shift Wellness. She guides breathwork in a grounded, trauma-sensitive and accessible way, with a focus on stress regulation, mind-body connection and creating more internal space in everyday life.

Her work is especially focused on people who carry a lot mentally, such as founders, professionals, expats and anyone navigating pressure, change or emotional overload. Her approach is warm, clear and body-based, without forcing a specific experience.

Safety note

Conscious Connected Breathwork can be physically and emotionally activating and is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. Participants receive a short intake form before joining to check whether the session is suitable.
