Hi, I’m Samara, a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and the founder of Inner Shift Wellness.
I guide grounded breathwork experiences for people who carry a lot mentally, emotionally or physically and want to come back to themselves through the body. My work is especially focused on stress regulation, nervous system support, self-connection and creating more internal space in everyday life.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a circular breathing practice where the inhale and exhale flow without long pauses. It can be a powerful way to soften tension, release built-up pressure, connect with the body and create a clearer relationship with what is happening inside.
My approach is warm, clear and accessible. You do not need previous breathwork experience, and you do not need to perform or “do it perfectly.” I guide each session with a clear structure, safety guidance and space for integration afterwards.
Through Inner Shift Wellness, I offer 1:1 breathwork sessions, group workshops and nervous system focused practices for individuals, professionals and teams. Sessions are available in Berlin, Breda and online.
My intention is to create spaces where people can pause, breathe, feel and reconnect with the part of themselves that often gets buried under pressure, overthinking and daily demands.
Conscious Connected Breathwork can be physically and emotionally activating and is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. Before deeper breathwork sessions, participants may be asked to complete a short intake form to check whether the practice is suitable.
