Drawing from the Feldenkrais Method, Neurophysiological Psychology, dance, and Contact Improvisation, each session becomes a journey into embodied presence. Through guided solo and group explorations, we investigate how movement — including touch, shared weight, and improvisation — can become a language for self-discovery, deep listening, and creative connection.
