In this class, we train our ability to perceive — ourselves, others, and the space between.
How deeply can I listen to my body, to the subtle shifts in weight, rhythm, and breath?
Can I trust my impulses and extend that trust to others?
We dive into non-verbal communication, embodied awareness, and the art of being clearly present — without words.

Through guided improvisation and contact-based explorations, we cultivate techniques to sense more fully, to be moved rather than to perform, and to stay connected — to self and surroundings.
