Ich lade dich ein zu einem Retreat Wochenende im Schoß der Erde!
Heilpflanzenwissen – Yoga – Meditation – Lagerfeuer – Holzofensauna – Wildkräuterküche – Teezeremonie – Massage – Medizingang & viel Zeit für Ruhe, Erholung und deinem inneren Flow zu folgen.
Die Verbindung zu uns selbst als innerer Kompass und Navigator durchs Leben ist so essentiell für ein erfülltes und glückliches Leben. Bei diesem geführten Mini Retreat geht es um die Wiederanbindung mit dir Selbst, mit der Natur und dem Lebensfluss. Entschleunigung. Inne halten. Kraft tanken. Selbstfürsorge. Dich fallen lassen. Und das getragen in einer kleinen Gruppe und gehalten in der Natur.

Was du zum Retreat Ort wissen solltest:
Der Platz liegt zwischen Feldern und Wäldern im kleinen Dorf namens Lübnitz, sehr naturbelassen. Wir kochen in einer überdachten romantischen Außenküche. Es gibt eine Kompost-Toilette und 2 Outdoor-Duschen im Wald. Die Sommerjurte ist unser Innenbereich. Der Außenbereich ist sehr weitläufig und geht fließend über in den Wald.

ORT:
Brandenburg, 14806 Lübnitz. Ca. 1,5 Stunden bei Berlin. Gute Anbindung mit der Regionalbahn und dem Bus. Bahnhof Bad Belzig und von da aus sind es noch 15 Minuten mit dem Bus bis zur Station: Lübnitz/Ortsmitte.

Seminarkosten nach Selbsteinschätzung:
265 - 465€ mit Übernachtung im eigenen Zelt

Unterkunft: 3 Übernachtungen im Gästebauwagen oder im Baumhaus kosten insgesamt 65€ inklusive Bettwäsche. Bei Interesse schreibe mich bitte an. Die Plätze sind limitiert.

Verpflegung: Wir werden köstlich, biologisch, vegetarisch und mit viel Liebe versorgt. Kosten: 55,- Euro. Getränke & Obst inklusive. Frühstück bringt jede_r für sich selbst mit.

Falls dir es momentan finanziell nicht möglich ist, den vollen Preis zu zahlen, dann gebe mir Bescheid und wir finden bestimmt eine Lösung! Es gibt einige Helferplätze beim Kochen. ❤

Stefanie ist Heilpraktikerin und Kräuterfee. Sie gibt Kräuterwanderungen und leitet Erdverbindungs- und tantrische Workshops. Sie ist sehr einfühlsam und naturverbunden und liebt es, Menschen auf ihrem Heilweg zu unterstützen.

I invite you to a retreat weekend in the womb of the earth!
Medicinal plant knowledge - yoga - meditation - campfire - wood stove sauna - wild herb cooking - tea ceremony - massage - medicine walk & lots of time to rest, relax and follow your inner flow.
Connecting to ourselves as our inner compass and navigator through life is so essential for a fulfilling and happy life. This guided mini retreat is about reconnecting with yourself, with nature and the flow of life. Deceleration. Pause. Recharge your batteries. Self-care. Letting yourself fall. And all this carried in a small group and held in nature.
What you should know about the retreat place:
The place is between fields and forests in the small village called Lübnitz, very natural. We will be cooked in a covered outdoor kitchen. There is a compost toilet and 2 outdoor showers in the forest. The summer yurt is our indoor area. The outdoor area is very spacious and merges smoothly into the forest.

Brandenburg, 14806 Lübnitz. Approx. 1.5 hours near Berlin. Good connection by regional train and bus. Train station Bad Belzig and from there it is another 15 minutes by bus to the station: Lübnitz/Ortsmitte.

Seminar costs according to self-assessment:
265 - 465€ with overnight stay in own tent
ACCOMMODATION: 2 nights in the guest construction trailer (wagon or in the tree house costs 65€ including bed linen. If you are interested, please contact me. The places are limited.
MEALS: We will be provided delicious, organic, vegetarian and with lots of love by our cook. Cost: 55,- Euro. Drinks & fruit included. Breakfast will be brought by each participant.
If it is not financially possible for you to pay the full price, please let me know and we will find a solution! ❤
