Description Mindfulness for Stress (Online) is an 8-week, evidence-based online mindfulness course designed to help you manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm. This practical stress management programme teaches simple mindfulness and meditation tools to calm anxiety, reduce daily stress and bring balance to everyday life. Whether you’re coping with chronic stress or responding to a specific stressful event, you’ll learn how to meet challenges with greater presence and clarity. Many participants report reduced anxiety, fewer panic attacks and increased joy, confidence and resilience.
