These trauma‑informed movement and embodiment classes are designed for people navigating:
- Trauma & complex trauma
- PTSD or post‑traumatic stress
- Chronic stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
- Dissociation or feeling disconnected from the body
- Medical trauma or life‑altering experiences or events
What to expect — trauma‑sensitive, gentle practices focused on nervous system regulation:
- Choice‑based, non‑directive language to support your agency
- No physical adjustments or forced postures
- Emphasis on safety, autonomy, and nervous system regulation
- Gentle movement, breath awareness, and grounding practices
- You are always in control of your experience
