Jam Warm-up: co-creating a fluid, creative and safe-space. In the warm-up, special attention is given to the desires and needs of those present, informing the practice. Time is taken to reconnect with our weight, our fluid-selves, the space, and others. The space is brought into flow, allowing creative impulses to emerge spontaneously—as inspirations, interruptions, shifting moments.

All are welcome - with or without experience.
