A women’s retreat in pristine nature, just more than an hour away from Berlin.

Where the birds soar, the sky is wide and our breath slows…

Details

Euro450 for the Retreat & Accommodation cost which is between Euro130 and Euro180 for shared accommodation for the 3 nights. This includes all freshly prepared Ayurvedic meals, sauna, and three workshop days

An Ayurveda retreat for women to relax, reconnect with their own bodies and to deeply connect with nature.

We love combining joyful experiences with self‐discovery. This powerful retreat invites you into intuitive movement, rest, stillness and nature — allowing your whole being to reset and realign.

Claudia Is a passionate, embodied Ayurvedic practitioner, searcher and ‘forever student’ of wellbeing and living in balance with the natural world. Balu Is a dancer, entrepreneur, creative and an intuitive facilitator. Balu opens space for people to discover the best version of themselves. She is masterful with various transformative dance and movement modalities.

We both live and work in Cape Town and are only in Berlin for a short time. We are beyond-excited to share this experience and wonderful space with you!

Here an example how the days can look like..

Day 1 - Arriving & Grounding Theme: Safety, Earth, being Held Arriving at Erlengrund, opening the common space, gentle yoga and Ayurvedic impulses for nourishing and grounding. Guided deep relaxation to regulate the nervous system.

Day 2 - Opening & Connecting Theme: Water, Flow, Nature Morning meditation by the water, flowing movement/yoga, immersion into nature. Ayurvedic tools and/or sauna. Evening circle and meditation. Time for rest, sleep, and integration.

Day 3 - Embodiment & Joy Morning meditation by the water, Abhyanga. Swimming, Intuitive movement session, invitation into nature. Afternoon gentle yoga practice or sauna. Evening circle and meditation. Time for rest, sleep and integration.

Day 4 - Integration Theme: Clarity, Self-care, Everyday Life Gentle Morning practice, Ayurvedic Self care impulses, journaling, closing circle, conscious transition back to everyday life
