Welcome to the WILD EMBRACE - NATURE MOVEMENT LAB RETREAT.

5 days and 5 nights of immersion in movement connected with the stunning nature of Algarve.

We are happy to welcome you to the seven's event we offer in Aljezur and its gorgeous natural area.

This is an invitation to dive into the love relationship between nature landscapes and movement. A time to cultivate the infinite wisdoms this relationship provides for us when we take the time to embrace its multiple aspects. This is a space to practice, to reunite and celebrate, to gather and take a privileged time for oneself empowered by the goodness of a caring collective.

We will dive deeper into the 5Rhythms map from Gabrielle Roth. Nature explorations will open up the raw and sensitive ressources of our poetics into movement with sensual and experiential connections with the elements on amazing natural sites. Practice the tools of contact improvisation to open up the multidimensional aspect of relating through the dance and pamper with massage and Thaï massage. Our vegan chef will offer a fest for our papills at every meal.

2 main sessions per day of 2,5 hours of dance. Extra sessions in the afternoon or evening.

Our grounds are the wooden dance studio, the garden and forest, the sand, rocks and waves of the wild beaches and ocean. Our sessions will be in live and mixed music and sometimes in silence. We will also have time to relax, witness Sunrise and/or Sunset and enjoy walks in beautiful Nature.

The team and community welcoming us in Aljezur is offering a generous and warm setting for this special journey together.
