What to Expect

• We will enter into the space by grounding our energy around the fire, chanting of mantras - the rhythmic repetition of sacred sounds or phrases to calm the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate positive energy, and drinking Sacred ceremonial cacao to awaken the senses, followed by free-form, sober, and non-judgmental dance to conscious rhythms.
• An enclosed space to enjoy the gift of movement with dance and music, to ground your energy flow with the breath, awaken your body and connect in harmony of community in a space ✨

Guidelines

• We will then enter into the dance floor, where we will dance barefoot, no verbal communication and no usage of phone space to dive deeper into internal experience and non-verbal connection.
• Move as You Are: There is no instructed choreography or "right" way to dance; you are free to move however you feel, including resting, sitting, or stretching.
• Come as You Are: The space is designed for comfort, authenticity, and non-judgment.

A mix of earthy and tribal rhythms, mantras, spiritual house music, world music!
