Emotional Alchemy - a Playfight Immersion
Emotional Alchemy - a Playfight Immersion
This Immersion is dedicated to exploring our emotions, finding tools to discover the immense wisdom they carry, while letting go of unempowering stories. We will dive into this topic in a safe space that combines playfulness, embodiment and inner work, alchemizing emotions and transforming their power.
We’ll guide you on a journey of reconnection with both your Yang side: your aliveness, determination, and your inner power, and the softer Yin qualities in which we embrace our vulnerabilities with kindness and care.
The activities are all interwoven purposefully to offer you:
- an incredible journey towards a fulfilling life
- sustainable self growth
- long lasting well-being

Facilitated by Matteo Tangi
Matteo Tangi is a relationship coach and the founder of Playfight. Over the past 12+ years, he has guided individuals, couples, and groups across more than 20 countries to access their inner strength and face emotional struggles in a grounded, embodied way.
His love for Playfight began as a child — playing fight with friends for hours, feeling ecstatic and deeply connected. Growing up, he noticed that physical closeness and using one's strength had become socially restricted. That realization led him to reclaim that playfulness and build an entire lineage of practice around it.
He is also a father, a dancer, and someone who believes that real strength comes from vulnerability and staying connected — even when things get tough.
Playfight
Playfight is a somatic practice that brings together body, mind and emotions — using playful physical confrontation as a catalyst for growth and connection.
In practice: two people meet, join fists, and begin — five minutes, no winners, no losers. What emerges goes far beyond play: anger can be expressed without harm, boundaries are tested and strengthened, vulnerability is witnessed and held.
It's a trauma-informed space where people reconnect with their inner strength, learn to feel their own needs, set boundaries in real time, and meet difficulty with presence rather than automatic reaction.
Through the practice, people unlock their vitality, reconnect with their emotions, and learn to feel at home in their own body.
