The practice of the Jade (or Yoni) egg is much more than just toning the intimate muscles; it’s a delicate, feminine art of connecting with and listening to our yoni and body, being aware of subtle sensations and guiding the flow of energy within, all while resting in profound relaxation and presence.
Rooted in Taoist wisdom, the Yoni egg is a powerful tool for healing and liberation. It helps to dissolve many emotional and psychological issues that women often experience, due to their natural receptivity and sensitivity. Yoni egg practice also helps with eliminating tensions and blockages from the yoni, rejuvenating and opening our entire body, healing our heart and leading to a deeper pleasure.
This process allows us to unlock all treasures that reside within every woman’s yoni and to manifest them freely. We become more alive, awakened, radiant, sensual, fulfilled, and relaxed.

- how to connect with, respect and adore our yoni as a sacred gateway of life and creativity,
- practical information and techniques of using a yoni egg from Tao tradition,
- very important Tantric attitudes to deepen the experience and states,
- sensual feminine movements with a yoni egg to awaken and amplify sublime energies of our yoni,
- a guided meditation with a yoni egg, and more.

- Who is it for: This workshop is for women only.We will also have several practices together that can help us blossom from within like a beautiful flower. We will do this in a safe, supportive space, honouring our boundaries and inner processes with no nudity involved.
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your feminine essence in a way that is tender, empowering, and deeply transformative – celebrating the sacredness of your yoni as a gateway to joy, healing and self-discovery.
Practical information: you don’t have to bring nor own a yoni egg to attend this workshop. This event is open to all women who have the aspiration to learn this beautiful practice.
Meet the teacher
Olya Frolova
Olya has been on the spiritual path for over 20 years practicing authentic Yoga and Tantra. She is a certified Tantra for women teacher and regularly hosts workshops and courses for women around the world for deepening the connection with their yoni and awakening its amazing power.
She always felt passionate to share everything that she has learnt and what has helped her on the Tantric journey. She loves creating a very intimate, supportive and warm environment where every woman can awaken and rediscover her unique feminine gifts and sublime power within.
