Spiritus Breathwork is a body-led breathwork journey that uses the breath as a practical tool for deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation. This breathwork practice supports people to access and integrate unprocessed emotions, reduce stress, and move toward greater emotional clarity and resilience.

Where does it come from?

Created by Tim Morrison. He received this method during his own search for healing and coping with immense physical pain. Spiritus Breathwork is now sweeping across the globe as many people use this breathwork modality as a catalyst to go deeper into trauma release and emotional healing.

Who am I ?

Yuri is in his third year as a SPIRITUS Breathwork facilitator, guiding groups ranging from intimate circles of 4 to large-scale sessions of 150 people across Europe. With over 15 years of experience as a bodyworker and in exploring altered states of consciousness, he brings a grounded, intuitive presence to every journey. Deeply committed to integration, Yuri personally checks in with each participant a few days after the session to support lasting transformation.

When is this not for you?

Absolute / Strong ContraindicationsYou should not participate (or only under medical clearance + highly skilled facilitation) if you have:

Pregnancy
High blood pressure
Cardiovascular or heart conditions (heart disease, history of heart issues)
History of aneurysm
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Severe asthma or respiratory issues
Detached retina

Prices: Vary from the option, 1-2-1 90 min: 150€ Group session 90min 75€
