"I attended the Conscious Relationship Weekend workshop with Jess and although I was quite nervous initially, I was over-ready to make some shifts in my life and let go of any blocks inhibiting me from the life I deserve and aspire to achieve. I was with an amazing group comprising a couple and singles and we blended so well and worked well together. I could resonate with each experience from the individuals and collectively. I found the experience enlightening, empowering, liberating and I felt a sense of lightness and relief as burdens I had been carrying for years seemed to have lifted, leaving me feeling optimistic and positive for the future. "On the first day I was ashamed of my (sexual) energy and I have learnt it's a source of creativitiy and it can be shared in a beautiful way. I was able to release a lot of shame and on the second day I was able to fill into my joy using the same activities. There was a chance to process old traumas with an ex lover and there was a lot of anger and had no idea how this had affected me in over so many years and to be able to release this that is no longer serving me. On the last day I received a blessing in the love healing chamber to be treated and respected in the divine moment in my sacred masculine."
