Guided by: · Patricia Udipti · Patricia Udipti is a Tantra, Breathwork and meditation teacher, and certified trauma-aware practitioner devoted to guiding others into deeper embodiment and authentic transformation. With a strong foundation in somatic and embodiment practices, she creates supportive and safe spaces where participants can soften, open, and access profound self-revelation. Her approach weaves together presence, intimacy, and awareness, offering pathways for healing and empowerment that are both grounded and expansive. Originally from Brazil and living in Thailand for the past six years, Patricia has established a Breathwork school specialising in Rebirthing, Shamanic Breathwork, and Breathwork with Icebaths. Her facilitation style combines depth and gentleness, discipline and devotion, supporting individuals and groups through trainings and retreats that catalyse lasting change. Alongside Breathwork, Patricia works with shamanic medicines such as Cacao, Blue Lotus, and Rapé, bringing ancient wisdom into contemporary healing spaces. Her unique synthesis of Tantra, Breathwork, and shamanic traditions allows her to open powerful portals where participants can reconnect with their essence and step into transformation with clarity, trust, and courage.

· Viviana Lugnan · Viviana Lugnan is a versatile, radiant, and courageous guide who inspires transformation with passion and authenticity. With an optimistic spirit, she empowers individuals on their journey toward deeper self-awareness, self-love, trust, and inner balance. As a certified Life Coach, Breathwork, Kundalini Activation, and Biodevelopment Dance & Movement Therapy Facilitator, Viviana helps her clients unlock their true potential, release limiting blocks, and embrace a more fulfilling and purposeful life. Her holistic approach weaves together the mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions, creating a powerful and transformative path of self-discovery. Drawing on a rich toolbox of methods and practices—including coaching with a psychological perspective, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, Kundalini activation, and embodiment techniques—she offers a unique and deeply impactful experience.

· Elia Ui Kerbi · Elia Simon Ui Kerbl is a Breathwork practitioner rooted in trauma awareness, embodiment, and somatic practices. With a diploma in Social Pedagogy and Case Management, he turned toward inner work, exploring modalities like inner child healing, psychosomatic trauma work, system constellations, Tai Chi, and Qigong. This journey led him to the depth of conscious breathing—a transformative tool for resilience, regulation, and authentic self-connection. Through Rooted in Breath – an inner journey to SELF, Elia guides individuals and groups in 1:1 sessions, group journeys, retreats, and online offerings. Integrating Rebirthing Breathwork, Water Rebirthing, Somatic Breathwork, biodynamic movement, and shamanic elements, he creates safe, trauma-sensitive spaces for release, truth, and embodiment. His vision is to bring Breathwork into diverse settings: from private persons, community circles and retreats to corporate wellness and holistic health institutions. He believes in the healing power of conscious breathing to strengthen resilience, foster self-connection, and cultivate a sense of all-connectedness with nature, others, and life itself.

· Lea Renz · Lea Renz is dedicated to guiding individuals toward deeper presence, authenticity, and self-discovery. With a unique blend of coaching, neuromediation, and breathwork, she creates safe and intentional spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and others in meaningful ways. Her work is rooted in the belief that transformation begins within and flourishes when we are given permission to show up as our truest selves. Drawing on her training and experience, Lea weaves together tools that harmonize body, mind, and emotions. Through breathwork, she helps clients reconnect with their inner truths and regulate their nervous system. Building on this renewed sense of self, she uses coaching and neuromediation to foster authentic self-expression — in how people show up in the world and in how they relate to others. This holistic approach empowers her clients to move beyond old limitations, cultivate resilience, and embrace a more grounded sense of well-being.
