Amona Buechler

For more than 32 years, Amona Buechler has studied and deeply practiced a variety of process-oriented, experiential approaches. Her background includes the Feldenkrais Method, Meditation, Focusing, Systemic Constellation Work, Conscious Touch, and other modalities that support embodied awareness and personal development. Her work of accompanying individuals and groups in transformative learning processes is grounded in decades of personal practice, professional training, and ongoing exploration.

Amona offers both online and in-person programs. She teaches beginner-level Focusing courses as well as a comprehensive Professional Focusing Training. In addition, she serves as an Assistant Trainer in Professional Feldenkrais Trainings. Her online “Nervous System Reset” course integrates several modalities, supporting participants in restoring regulation, resilience, and embodied presence. Amona also offers online and live one-on-one sessions.

Amona maintains both a German and an English website. The offerings differ between the two languages: most online events are held in English, while the majority of in-person events are offered in German. Her live programs in German include workshops, ongoing courses, a “Changes Group”, a five-day retreat (combining Focusing and Authentic Movement), and 5-day “Bildungsurlaub” programs that integrate the Feldenkrais Method with complementary approaches.

At the heart of Amona’s teaching is the creation of a learning environment in which participants feel safe enough to experiment, explore, and follow their curiosity—an environment where mistakes are nothing but invigorating opportunities to discover more possibilities.
