I am an artist and facilitator working at the intersection of voice, body, and presence.

My practice is rooted in Naad Yoga (yoga of sound), somatic movement, sacred chanting, and narrative practices that explore the voice as a tool for regulation, expression, and connection.

Alongside my work as a professional singer and performer, I guide group and individual sessions in different yoga studios and spaces, creating environments where people can reconnect with their body, their voice, and their inner rhythm.

My approach weaves together sound, movement, and listening practices to support both personal regulation and collective attunement — inviting spaces where care can be experienced as something shared, embodied, and alive.
