Personal and Spiritual Development Center “HERE AND NOW”

The Personal and Spiritual Development Center “HERE AND NOW” in Poland, located in Nowe Kawkowo, is a charming place situated among picturesque forests and lakes. The center is located away from any buildings on a vast 10-hectare meadow, surrounded by hills covered with forest. The entire forest-meadow area covers 40 hectares of a closed, private space and is an excellent place for walks and trips (both hiking and cycling), as well as other forms of outdoor activity.

We invite you to personal development workshops, tantra workshops, spiritual development sessions, Trance Dance, massage workshops, bodywork, sexuality, meditation, Osho workshops, mindfulness, therapeutic workshops, yoga, women’s and men’s workshops, family constellations (Hellinger method), and many more.

We have several workshop halls, and we offer accommodation as well as vegetarian meals.
