Important Info
Please do not arrive before 10:15 AM, but aim to arrive by 10:20 AM so we can begin promptly.
Avoid eating a large meal within 1 hour of the session.
This is a small, welcoming group session, so spaces are limited.
Wear comfortable clothes you can gently move in and bring extra layers or a blanket in case you get cold.
Bring a water bottle.
