What You Will Explore: • Sacred Himalayan Sound Healing practices • Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Tibetan Bowls & more • The science and spirituality of sound vibration • Chakra balancing through sound frequencies • Mantras, Mudras, and Breathwork • Techniques for group and one-on-one healing sessions • Creating sacred space & holding energetic integrity
