This Sunday at AYM Yoga School, Tapovan, we invite you to step into something rare and powerful — Biodanza, the “Dance of Life,” returning to Rishikesh for the first time since 2015.
Guided by our experienced international facilitator, this immersive session weaves movement, music, and group dynamics to awaken joy, connection, and vitality. Think of it as an ecstatic journey where each movement becomes an act of self-expression, each rhythm a bridge to your inner world.
