Eröffnungszeremonie - Ankommen im heiligen Raum und gemeinsames Setzen von Intentionen.
Verbindende & tantrische Übungen - Sanfte Praktiken, um das Herz zu öffnen, Präsenz zu fördern und authentische Verbindung zu ermöglichen.
Breathwork Atemübungen - Meditative Technik, um das Chakra-System auszurichten und ein Gefühl der Lebendigkeit wiederzuerlangen. Probiere, was der Atem Dir bringen kann.
👥 Leitung:
Patricia Udipti - Breathwork Lehrerin, die weltweit Sessions, Retreats und Ausbildungen leitet. Sie bringt einen traumasensiblen Ansatz, Embodiment-Praktiken und zeremonielle Weisheit mit ein und verbindet diese mit ihrer Erfahrung in Pflanzenheilkunde sowie ihrer Expertise in Rebirthing und Schamanischem Breathwork. In den letzten fünf Jahren hat Patricia Hunderte von Breathwork-FacilitatorInnen auf der ganzen Welt ausgebildet. Sie lebt auf der thailändischen Insel Koh Phangan und bietet außerdem Retreats und Ausbildungen in Europa und Costa Rica an.

Opening Ceremony - Arrive in sacred space, set intentions together.
Connecting & soft Tantric Exercises - Gentle practices to open the heart, foster presence & authentic connection.
Breathwork Exercises - Meditative technique to align the Chakra System and reclaim a sense of aliveness. Have a taste on what the breath can bring you.

Patricia Udipti - Breathwork teacher, guiding sessions, retreats, and trainings worldwide. She brings trauma awareness, embodiment practices, and ceremonial wisdom, weaving in her experience with plant medicines and expertise in Rebirthing & Shamanic Breathwork. In the past 5 years Patricia has trained 100s of Breathwork Facilitators around the world. Based in Thailand on Koh Phangan island, and also hosting retreats and trainings in Europe and Costa Rica.
