We are so happy to welcome our special guests Anna and Iza who will lead us on this nourishing journey.

Let me introduce our guests:
Izabela Strzelecka: Iza is a counsellor and psychologist in training, sound therapist and naturopathic practitioner who blends ancient sound practices with modern psychology. Her work is grounded in compassion, trauma-informed care, and a deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom. With years of experience guiding groups and individual sound sessions, she creates spaces where people can gently reconnect with themselves and explore healing beyond words.
Anna Szalska: Anna is a psychosocial counsellor with a long-standing passion for mind-body practices. Trained in relaxation techniques, mindfulness and positive psychology, she combines professional knowledge with lived experience of supporting neurodiversity. Her calm, thoughtful approach brings a safe and nurturing presence to every session, inviting participants to explore deep rest and emotional balance.
The yoga session will be run by Katarzyna Dmytrasz, a certified Iyengar yoga teacher based in London. She completed her certification at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in London in 2016. Her beloved teacher is Joe Perreira, who is based in India. In addition to Iyengar yoga, she is also passionate about intuitive dance and tantra, and is qualified in tantra massaging. Her Iyengar yoga class would focus on the precision, alignment. Participants are guided through a series of asanas with a strong emphasis on correct form, which helps to build strength, flexibility and stability.
Please bring a bottle of water with you. All other equipment will be provided on side.
