What if relating could be playful, innocent, and alive again?
The Relational Playground is an invitation to let go of old patterns and rediscover a freer, more vibrant way of being with ourselves and others.
Together we’ll create a brave space where every emotion, impulse, and expression is welcome.
Here, you’re encouraged to experiment, make mistakes, feel deeply — and play.
At the heart of the day lies Primal Play: an embodied relational practice using breath, sound, movement, and touch.
Sometimes soft, sometimes intense, Primal Play opens the door to authentic, surprising, and deeply nourishing encounters.
Expect movement and music, playful interactions, somatic tools to move emotions, moments of rest and sharing food — and above all, the joy of feeling fully alive in connection.
FOR WHOM?

All genders and sexual orientations welcome.
Non-binary facilitation: we play as humans, not roles.

About The Relational Shift and Adrien Labaeye:
I specialize in supporting individuals through a “relational shift” — guiding people in how they relate to themselves, others, and the larger world. By putting aliveness and Eros — i.e. the impulse to live and incarnate — at the center, I create spaces that invite people to return to their sovereignty, as an invitation to expand into the apparent tension between between autonomy and relationality. My work invites individuals and groups into further liberation from external authorities and calls them to deeply engage in the relational dimension of life.
I support people in fully participating in life, human and non-human, unlocking their true purpose.
My background includes:
- Embodied Intimacy Training with Rachel Rickards & Buster Radvik
- Temple Training in Samothraki (once as participant and once as assistant)
- The Field Facilitator Training with Rachel Rickards
- Pantarei Approach Practitioner, Berlin
- Movement Medicine® Apprenticeship and Professional Training, Devon, UK
- Doctorate in Geography on the role of communal initiatives in sustainability transformation and a relational shift
