Grief is a universal companion.
It moves through our bodies, our hearts, and our stories - whether we have lost a loved one, a relationship, a dream, or simply the ways we thought life would be.
Grief is not something to “get over.”
It is sacred.
It shows us what we love, what we long for, and what makes us human.
Sacred Grief is a guided workshop where we come together to honor and give space to our grief.
Through embodiment practices, meditation, ritual, and group witnessing, we create a safe container to feel, to express, and to be held by community.
Together we will:
✨ Arrive in the body with gentle opening practices
✨ Explore grief through Gestalt-inspired exercises and witnessing
✨ Enter ritual space to allow the heart to speak freely
✨ Share and be witnessed in our stories of loss and love
✨ Join a water and flower ritual to honor the cycles of life and release
✨ Close with dance, silence, and celebration of the resilience of the heart
Grief is love with nowhere to go.
And the only cure to grief is to grieve.
We will allow what is here, and remember that we do not have to grieve alone.
Please arrive 10 min prior to the start.
Please bring a flower or another personal item you wish to include in the ritual space.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
No prior experience is required - just an open heart.
